COVID-19

Rules & Regulations

PLEASE. . .

  • Fill out your consultation form which will be sent to you via email or sms prior to your visit with us. 

  • Contact the salon if you or anyone in your household feels unwell or show any symptoms of COVID-19

  • Come on your own (No under 16yr olds as we do not have the space for a guardian to wait within the salon)

  • Bring minimal personal belongings

  • Arrive at your appointment on time

  • Sanitise your hands on entry

  • Wear a mask (if you do not have one we can provide one for 75p)

  • Card payments only

  • No magazines will be available (please feel free to bring your own)

We will be following government guidelines. . .

  • Temperature checks for staff and clients

  • Wearing appropriate PPE 

  • Providing disposable gowns and towels 

  • Dividing the salon sections

  • Maintaining 2 metres social distancing where possible 

  • Maintaining social distancing at 1 metre + in some areas

  • It is the Fratelli management teams responsibility to keep all staff and clients safe

  • Please respect any final decisions made by management team

We have currently suspended all discounts and loyalty schemes.
