The stylist's will have their own individual policies as they now have their own business's with Fratelli Hair.
If you have an issue with a stylist please contact them directly or email email@example.com with the stylist name as the subject.
We will do our upmost to resolve any issues you may have.
When you book online please be aware your time may change by half hour or so, this allows the stylist to open more spaces to allow more clients to book in.
You will receive a re-scheduled message. Messages are directly from the stylist or you may get a call from our reception staff.
All appointments require a confirmation by card. If you do not confirm by card you run the risk of your appointment being cancelled.
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee and cancellations within 24 hours may be charged at 100% of your appointment.
This is decided and set by the stylist and may vary from stylist to stylist.
